  1. Loved this practice! I had emergency spine surgery 16 years ago which left me with permanent nerve damage resulting in weakness on the right lower side especially from the knee to my toes. My health got worse and 5 years ago I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis, apparently I was born with it. I started practicing yoga a year later and my balance was terrible due to my weak leg. I now can do warrior 3, granted I need a chair in front of me for a little bit of stability, I can do tree pose with my foot on my calf and I can do the first 2 postures you did. All thanks to yoga. I've gained some strength where there was practically none. It's an amazing thing to practice and a true gift from India. Namaste, om shanti 💖 💖 💖 💖
