  1. @KinoYoga I'd love to follow your yoga program but before that please guide me to increase my flexibility.

  2. Siu Maria says:

Learn a lot from you, dear Kino. Love you so much! Great video!!!!You are awesome!

  3. koka lody says:

I know how to stand on hands but I cannot keep my position for a long time.
I think I just need more practice

    Thank you
Your classes are so nice, i subscribed and I am gonna follow your classes

  4. NOTE: U have to be physically in very good shape throughout your entire body (finger tips to toes) to do handstands & hold them. Also some people have problems that being upside down is not good 4 them. Read internet to see if you're one of them. MOST IMPORTANT: without a 100% POSITIVE ATTITUDE "I can do this – I will do it – I really want to do it" u will never get your hips/body weight over your shoulders. U will just come down every time and get very tired or worse go over & maybe get injured by falling backwards hard without a wall behind u. Great video/videos by Kino – Namaste WOLF ☮☮☮

  5. Thanks for being so open on how long it took you…all I see is people in these inversion so effortlessly and I do wonder how do they do that?!?!

  6. Well I am really enjoying this…..GOT THE Yoga HANDSTAND….QUESTION……can I segue into the forearm handstand from the handstand….would that be cheating? lol I do not want to compromise technique but I thought I could build shoulder strength as I worked on raising the leg up and moving the shoulders forward.

  7. You Rock Kino!!!
Just subscribed after watching this video.
Thanks for the break down of the poses. I've been practicing Headstand a lot lately, starting on my journey into inversions.
You've given me some ideas of how to make the pose work for me.

  8. I am feeling this forearm balance! I added a Montra lol you say in 10:30 "Shoulders Forward and you get a little lift" well that is it…now my motor skills need to record the mistakes and keep the balance moving forward, Thank you Kino…

  9. WOW I bet you can do a V sit.

  10. I am into gymnastics but…….THIS IS GOING to UP MY GAME! Thank you Kino…..I enjoy the Yoga Handstand and that is hella cool…….but the forearm will be even more fun! 😉 NAMASTE!

  11. What do you use to project your voice Kino?

  12. Kino you are such a sweet teacher. I really enjoyed the video for inversion. Awesome! Thanks

  13. Omg , u inspire me … Question- I've never done gymnastics , do u think one can achieve a split at 30 plus?

  14. ChenBritMi says:

But I'm not flexible enough to walk my legs forward.. What should I do?

  15. Beautiful, you are an inspiration. Follow the journey, never give up, applies to life as well! Yoga on and off the matt

  16. Tana A says:

    I love that mat!🤗

  17. Amanda Lim says:

can consider to do voice over. if you're doing the workout and at the same time talking in this tutorial, I think is not so good for your health

  18. I am literally always scared that I don't have enough strength in my neck and that I am going to overcompensate and fold over onto my neck the opposite way but I always want to do inversions.

  19. I loved it you have skill

  20. hw much pressure to put on neck area

  21. 1001 times ❤️❤️❤️Thank you

  22. I felt like my hips were naturally pulling up during headstand so I finally got the courage to pull both my legs up…terrible idea lmao still not ready

  23. simply fantastic, thank you for posting this. great advice and words to inspire us to stay dedicated and humble on the path <3

  24. You make it look so easy lol I tried it and almost killed myself 😅

  25. This is the best instruction I've tried . . . I was hiking with my husband and felt like doing a headstand next to a tree and lifted right up . . . not bad for a 62 year-young beginner ; ) Thanks so much for helping me to feel like a natural : ) Now to master the forearm balance . . .

  26. Zey nue says:

    How many times per week?

  27. Fair play to you what you can do is amazing and inspiring

  28. Shiela A says:

    wow! you're amazing ❤️

  29. rob warren says:

    Awesome. Great instruction.

  30. I love you Kino! <3

  31. Hi @kinoyoga, is it a good idea to practise this against a wall in the initial days of practice for headstand and forearm balance as well?

I have a fear of damaging my neck or/and spine.

  32. KinoYoga your movement is so clear that I can understand the physics behind these inversions. I have a dancing background, so I am kind of 'aware' of finding how to use my core strength, but you helped me really understand it visually. it all makes sense to me now and I am grateful! You are one of my yoga inspirations!

  33. Hi Kino, I am so excited with this class, I finally able to do headstand and manage the stillness and strength on my arms.

  34. your body is amazing, like a rubber, so stretched

  35. MOVIDA says:

    This is cool. Thank you.

  36. R Taru says:

I love this video but I hate inversions. It hurts my neck. #neveragain |
