– For my main videos I use the canon 5d mark ii with a 24-70mm f/2.8 sigma lens or the 40mm pancake lens. For vlogs usually my gopro hero 4 silver or the canon s120 (very bad audio, wouldn’t recommend this to anyone)

  3. OMG! I feel so much better, I thought I was the only one who got so red in my face after a run lol. I always see people after a run and they're just sweating but they look fine and then there little ol' tomato face me. lol ahhh so glad I'm not the only one lol.

  16. I think that your titles are quite misleading for a younger audience "for my lean body" "for weight loss" is in the same category "to have a thigh gap" or other things. Why insisting so much on the body apparence?

    Don't stretch before your workout, your muscles are not prepared and can be damaged. After the workout is perfect :). Maybe it's your shoes that affects your knees while running?
