  5. Thank you Lucy! I was in such a bad mood after my car failing my MOT and was sulking and really couldn't be bothered to get off my bed! BUT I just completed this and I now feel great! Now that I have been doing your videos for so long I was able to use a number of different cardio moves as opposed to marching which has really got my sweat on! I have worked out that since quiting the gym and working out with you I have saved about Β£270 so thank you! That'll pay for getting my car fixed πŸ˜‚πŸš—πŸ’ͺ
