The Upside-Down Pilates level II curriculum begins adding in strength and endurance to your workout along with new exercises. In this full Pilates workout we will learn exercises such as breathing, abdominal series, shoulder bridge, roll over, breast stroke, teaser, swan, and single thigh stretch series. So grab your mat and a band. Make it happen!
