    Bas, can you do some punching a kicking speed pool workouts. As well as some torso rotations? I think your very creative, and can probably think up some excellent tools.

  4. I would hold my head above the water all the time and breathe constantly while doing the last exercise… anyway thumbs up for the exercises demonstrated.
    What I would like to see, is complete professional box training for a whole week, from foot to head.

    Bas, heb je misschien ook tips voor mensen met een lager budget en geen eigen zwembad? :-p
    Ik heb zelf chronische problemen met gewrichten en zwembaden zijn in mijn geval niet mogelijk, ik vind het echt moeilijk om een goede manier te vinden waarin ik toch enigzins fit blijf en resistance voel zonder dat ik meteen een week inflammations heb door overbelasting.
