    I've been doing this every day for 3+minutes at a time for the past month and can say it does NOT work. I haven't changed my habits at all. I eat healthy, no fast food, sweets, heavy carbs, etc. I have maintained my weight, not lost. This is not a stand alone weight loss tool.
