3 basic, simple and easy to follow step combinations
6 minutes cardio push/ each exercise 1 minute
5 minutes core
5 minute cool – down and stretch
45 minute start to finish workout

    A complete workout, loved it. Combo 2 is my favorite, I like around the world lunges. Yay to 8 counts and form cues. No rebounder, is it low enough impact for fake knees?! Thanks for including core work, I really appreciate you film live. Keeps it real…for all of us!
