Step Aerobics – Step Aerobics Weight Loss Workout Routine – Learn Step Aerobics -Simple Combos

You will have loads of fun with this 30 minute 100% pure cardio step aerobics workout. The step combinations are basic, simple and easy to follow. No hard moves or choreography. You will have a 5 minute warm-up followed by 3 step aerobics combinations and conclude with a 5 minute cool down and stretch. Grab your step bench, water bottle and great attitude and lets go!

So you want to try out your hand at exercise? Have you figured out anything about this exercise? Have you figured out about all the various sorts of workouts that can be used?     Hi Angie…from Cincinnati, Ohio! Loved this workout…no riser for me this time. I also prefer basic moves with some power added in 🙂 I also have a cat and two Jack Russell Beagles…one is 11, the other is 4 years old. Giving them a bath is taking that workout to another level LOL!! I can only kneel on one knee because of pain. Good balancing act while leaning over the bathtub! Hope to see you soon in Cincy!

  13. loved this workout great sweat at 5am. I could not get coordinated enough for the 3rd combo…..only bc the full jump is a challeng for me but I modified and kinda made it work haha!!
