Single Leg Circles with the magic circle is a beginner exercise. Laying on your back with the magic circle under your ankle. Make sure the pads line up. Press the circle down from the back of your leg and seat then maintaining a still magic circle begin circling the leg that is up to the sky. 5x each direct then repeat on the other side.

Fine Tune this Exercise: Make sure your knee is not hyperextending in order to press the circle down. Keep the magic circle leg hip still throughout the whole exercise.
