Shoulder Roll Down in an intermediate Pilates exercise. Place your arches on the bar parallel hip distance apart. The bar should line up with the vertical poles. Bend your knees and pull the bar towards you. Then reach the bar and your legs up and roll up to your shoulder girdle. Reach one leg into the bar and the other leg reaches out and up! Then switch. Switch only once more. Then roll your spine down and bend your knees reach the back back in line with the poles. Repeat. Start with the opposite leg. Switch, switch and roll down.
