Original Yoga Challenge Day 9 – Yoga Balancing Poses (Beginner/Intermediate)

I’m pretty excited about today’s flow because balancing poses are some of my favorite go-to postures when I want to flow at home. This means that in today’s class we’ll be spending lots of time standing up and moving around to challenge our body’s balance and introduce some new poses into our repertoire 🙂

Getting Into Shape Is as Easy as Reading the Following Advice

If you’re concerned about your body’s well-getting but don’t know very where to start your health and fitness trip, this post is a great place to start. It’s flawlessly normal to have concerns and, after all, understanding is half the battle! Below are a few helpful, straightforward tips to guide you on your way to a healthy, in good physical shape way of life.

Find out the distances you go to chores you manage. Things such as the financial institution or even a swift shopping vacation. Any distance you are proceeding which is within a mile should be done by wandering it. Should you closely comply with this guideline you can expect to reach your workout goals very quickly.

Do you want to be in good shape? Utilize a bounce rope to your health and fitness regimen. You can bounce rope everywhere. 1 minute of leaping rope burns up about the same amount of energy as performing a few moments of many other aerobic workout routines. Meaning, you will be able to bounce rope for ten mins and burn off the equivalent amount of energy that you just would throughout a thirty min work out.

Words couldn't explain how grateful I am, I started yoga two years ago and this challenge helped me a lot, it was hard in the beginning but two years now I can see how much I improved. When I started, handstand and headstand was something I always wanted to do but I always thought I would never be able to do it. I'm more flexible, I can hold my splits longer, I'm working on my scorpions, my back flexibility, the point is, if you are just starting yoga or whatever, don't give up. Thank you, Erin, you helped me and still helps me a lot and I know I'm not the only one.

  4. This is by far my favorite sequence. I have it memorized and practice it all of the time. I first watched it during the do you yoga challenge at the beginning of the year. Love love love it!
