  16. Hi Lucy, i was involved in a car accident two weeks ago where i sustained severe bruising to both legs and chest as well as a sprained right wrist and ankle. I'm suffering with stiffness in my legs and fluid retention. Prior to my accident, i was walking up to 3 miles everyday. Since my accident i have not been able to do any significant exercise. Can you recommend some gentle exercises to improve the soreness in my legs? I love your videos and look forward to hearing from you x
