Killer HIIT Workout
Perform each exercise for 10 reps each one after the other with no rest followed by a 1-minute sprint on the treadmill. After you are done rest for 30 seconds and repeat for 5-7 rounds

1. Trap Bar Jump Squats – 10 reps 1:15
2. Kettlebell Swivel Swings – 10 reps 1:43
3. Explosive Depth Push Ups – 10 reps 2:16
4. Trap Bar Rows – 10 reps – 2:44
5. Multi-Directional Abs Wheel Roll Outs – 10 reps 3:12
6. Treadmill Sprints – 60 seconds 12mph – 3:46

    That was awesome! Thank you so much. I did seven rounds averaging around three minutes and 50 seconds for each round. Don't have trap bar so I used dumbbells holding them wide apart and jump rope for last 60 seconds. Water short intense dense workout!!!

  21. You wanna it tough and killin'? Do 5 rounds of 10 heavy DB Snatch with 17.5 kg or more (each side 5), 10 Lateral raise with 9 – 10 kg and 10 Heavy Bent Over Rows with 15 kg followed by 1 min sprint) Enjoy it cause rest is first when 5 rounds are done. I did it under 16 min.
