  7. What I find incredibly nice about you is that I feel like that even though you are super fit, you don't pretend like you don't have cravings, or don't feel like stuffing your face with food. I feel like not enough people who are healthy or work out talk about the struggles they have while maintaining being healthy and I find it refreshing that you're so honest about it. I also like that you aren't overly in everyone's face about your body. Like, you nicely show your body, and your workouts but I personally don't feel like you flaunt your body, and coming from someone who struggles with weight and being overweight, it's really nice to see that you're genuine in what you do.

  38. you need more carbs, enough to not be in complete depletion (your glycogen stores) but not too much for them to be full! I suggest that at least you eat some carbs after your workout and you will see you will be less hungry. Because all the fruits you eat, its mostly fructose, and fructose is not stored really as good in the muscles glycogen as starch. Fructose go 90% of the time i would say, into liver glycogen. I hope this can help and i hope i have done correct research haha. If you try tell me how it went <3
