I'm a long distance runner and ever since I began incorporating HIIT into my training schedule almost a year ago my strength has improved so much, which has made me a stronger/faster runner! I ran two half marathons in 2016 and the second one I incorporated HIIT training and took almost 13 minutes off my time! I also felt a lot more physically prepared, even though I actually ran less frequently training for my second one!

I started running, but weeks ago I sprained my ankle, so I went to doing yoga. I ran once a week, and I will do it again, maybe tomorrow I might go out. I started running by walking more and then run for a bit, and then I just started running and felt good afterward πŸ˜€
