  9. Pretty good video. The one thing I'll add is that if you're overweight, you're probably insulin resistant unless you just eat tons of food and get no activity. And if you're insulin resistant, you're going to have to be a lot more strict with your diet than other people in order to lose weight, and than means really staying away from sugars and complex carbs.

    So people don't get confused, he's right about not being able to spot train for body fat, so you understand, an work outs build muscle. Of course they'll help shed weight but it's not going to be any more effective than another work out per calories burnt. Great advice though man, I just started a diet a few days ago, making fruit and veggie smoothies, also have hard boiled eggs, and small portions of grilled chicken and grass fed beef. Only drinking water and some times fresh squeezed juice, hope to see results soon, taking it one goal at a time though. It was nice seeing someone talk about realistic ways to lose fat, nothing crazy or any unique tricks. Just hard work and eat right.

    PS don't consume dairy products everybody. Very very bad for you.

    I eat less than 1000 calories a day everyday im 13 im heavy i want to lose my belly fat and most days i dont eat and some days i drink black coffee so hope this helps

    Good video! Thanks for the info! I have definitely noticed my midsection (specifically my love handles) prefers to stick around until it's the last one at the party. Whenever I start up a new workout program after not working out for a few weeks-months I always notice the fat in my calves is the very first to go.
