How To Lose Weight Fast By Doing 10-Minute Fat-Burning Cardio With Connor & Kelly

Lose The Belly Fat For Your Six Pack Abs:
What’s going on, Six Pack Shortcuts? Today we have Connor and Kelly here to show you guys a super fast, at-home cardio routine that actually takes just 3 minutes!

This routine involves doing full-body movements and high-intensity interval training, or HIIT. Instead of having to run miles and miles on a treadmill or bike on an elliptical, this is a much more efficient way to incorporate your cardio, elevate your heart-rate into a fat-burning zone, and keep yourself in that zone for up to 48 hours after. That’s called the Afterburn Effect.

Here’s the workout breakdown:

0:58 – Alternating High Knee Taps for 30 seconds: Standing in place, put your arms to your side and bend at your elbows to a 45-degree angle, so your forearms and palms are facing down and parallel to the ground. While in place, you’re going to keep your arms in that position and alternate your knees going up and taping each hand. Make sure you do this for 30 seconds.

Now rest for 20 seconds.

1:10 – Broad Jumps for 30 seconds: Standing in place with your head looking forward to the horizon, squat down. With your weight in your heels, jump forward to a comfortable yet safe distance from your start position and land. Make sure not to fall forward; if you are, then shorten the distance you are jumping.

Rest for 20 seconds

1:23 – Ab Stars for 30 seconds: Laying flat on your back, have your legs and arms spread out with your body making a “star” shape. With your arms and legs straight, the goal is to tap the end of yoru opposite foot with your fingers. If you cannot reach all the way to your toes, it’s not a problem, because the point of the exercise is to have your arms and legs both be straight and travel towards one another to connect. So, for example, take your right arm and look to touch the toes on your left foot. Alternate this exercise for 30 seconds.

Like Kelly says, this is a great workout to start your day out, making sure to elevate your heart-rate and get you in that fat-burning zone for the rest of the day and up to 48 hours after you’re done! It’s great since the workout requires no equipment at all, so you can get going right at home.
