  19. What about spinning? Would HIIT on that help to target leg fat? I'm horrible on the treadmill, and I may try the stair-master but I have definitely been able to do HIIT on the bike for longer periods of time as opposed to the treadmill and elliptical.

    i have a question: i started to go on the treadmill for ONLY 10 minutes at the speed of like 5-7 atm. for some reason i can see that my thighs got SO MUCH BIGGER and im panicking?! someone please explain whats going on and what i should do??   25. Muscle does NOT weigh more then fat….a pound is a pound is a pound. Muscle is less dense then fat, therefore taking up less room.
