1. Lye on flat surface with hand extend
And placing on surface horizontally.
2. Then Your Knee Should be Bend &
Close tight together and also
Lift from Floor for 90 Degree.
3. Swing Your Both Knee towards left

4. Do this 30 reps for 3 sets.

Exercise 5. Plank Knee to Elbow,

1. Do a normal plank as starting position,
