50 squat walks
3 sets of 12 kneeling squats
3 sets of 15 sumo squats
3 sets of 10 (each leg) side kick & squat
3 sets of 15 RDL’s
3 sets of 15 thigh abduction (15 sitting, 15 squatting = 1)
3 sets of 12 (each leg) cable kick backs
3 sets of 15 cable pull throughs
3 sets of 15 ball bring ups
3 sets of 12 hamstring curls w resistance bands (also can do them on machine)
3 sets of 10 jumping squats
