Hello everyone, today I am showing you some ways you can burn fat fast using the treadmill. The treadmill is personally one of my favorite tools for weight and fat loss. I have a treadmill in my basement and it is always my go-to when I want to get in a quick workout. Treadmills are very versatile and can be used in many ways to help you burn fat and get in shape. ( THE AUDIO CAME OUT LOW SORRY ABOUT THAT! )
