  20. I Googled the “fizy unique plan” and it seemed like a good idea to try it. I started out losing pounds almost immediately. My buddy also followed the plan and she shed 12 lbs.

  21. omg, i literally cannot do any of her workouts, they are wayy to intense:/ im not over weight i just want to tone up what i feel is a flabby body, but im just so overwhelmed with where to and how to start! also the work outs are so difficult.

How do we understand that the atp-cp and the glycolytic systems have worn out and we are starting to burn fat from the jogg?
