Improve your starting rate every time you operate. To increase your speed overall when you operate, start out running faster than your regular rate. With time, the body will recognize this when your normal rate, and it will be possible to improve it once more. Keep doing this up until you struck your greatest running speeds.

    My ladies loved ' the curtasy ' 🤗Every week I get to share some new things with them, which keeps us all on our toes so to speak! Last week I showed them the video of you doing the ' stop in the name of love dance' I told them that you were 61 ,they couldn't believe it,no she couldn't be!she just looks 30-40 they said!!
