    I just finished this workout and it was awesome. I've tried other workout routines, like zumba, beachbody etc. and they leave me dissatisfied , so I find myself coming back to Gilad's workouts. The workouts are challenging , but not over powering and he's always changing it up. I will be purchasing the new program, today. Thanks Gilad.
