It is Fitness Fun Friday with Michelle & Tammy. This week we are featuring Kayaking at the Manasquan Reservoir in NJ. This is why I love Fitness Fun Friday! It was a beautiful day and we got to experience a great workout while enjoying the beauty of our surroundings.
