Welcome to this basic step and dance floor cardio workout. The beats are 126 and allow you to go at a slower pace so you can really have fun and get your heart rate up. You will have a 5 minute warm up followed by 1 minute step aerobics/ 1 minute dance floor cardio for 25 minutes.

I will assume you have basic Step terminology as follows : Turn Step/Basic Right-Left/ Corner Travel Knees/ Over the Bench and Back/ Up Lunge 2 Step Down
