    A video on easy workouts that don't require as much equipment! I go to a private college and so we are pretty small and our gym is very small too so I dont have access to certain things but LOVE your body. I've had trouble finding what kind of workout I want to be lean, fit and I'm so glad to have found you!

    Full body workout

    Weighted sumo squats onto toes x 15
    Weighted sumo pulses x 5
    In and out Squat pulses x 10 (3 pulses in + out=1rep)
    Skiers x 20
    Jump squats until fail (then repeat all leg workouts again x4)

    Arm circuit (repeat x 4)
    Elevated leg push ups x 10
    Elevated leg touch push ups x 10
    TRX Tricep pulls x 15
    TRX tricep pushes x10
    Tricep dips x10

    One round of intense abs
    TRX 5 tucks + 10 runners x 10
    Decline cross crunches x10
    Decline candlesticks until fail (try for 10)
    3 chin ups | 5 leg raises top or bar | lower in pike
    Leg raises until fail
    Hanging leg scissors until fail (try for 3)
    Ball pike + tuck x 10 (1 tuck + 1 pike= 1 rep)

    Burnout time
