    8 rounds 20 seconds 10 sec rest and that will be as effective on the treadmill to burn stubborn belly fat ? And how many times a week

  11. Ok so you said post workout cardio is effective as fasted cardio. How about doing both? Is that ok or is it too much? I'm doing fasted cardio every single day and post work out 4 to 5 times per week
