  6. okay, so they say there comes a time in your yogi-life where you enter into a love/hate relationship with your mat and your teacher. This sequence was it. Thank you Cole, my abs are crying, but I'm blowing you kisses, my mat however, I will probably side-eye for a day or two 😊😘

    So am I suppose to be activating my core all the time? Even when I switch to different positions? I feel like I can't breathe when I do that and it makes it harder to do the exercises. Unless I'm doing something wrong.

  14. Cole I really like this video even though I do 100 sit-ups everyday I also prefer this every other day. I can feel my abs and I do get sweaty when I do this workout which I love and my fav is pulling rope and not getting ice cream 😂😂 please upload more ab workout 🙌🏻
