  2. Thank you Adriene! Your yoga exercises are instilling a real feeling of well-being and positivity within my being.

  3. I thought this was going to be breezy but I found that thanks to the support of the chair I was able to open up deeper than ever in warrior 2! Grateful today that I am remaining teachable. 🙏

  4. Yeah hhhhhhhbbbbbhaaaaaaaaaat I got my chair on!

  5. You're the best, Adriene. Unfortunately this one isn't my favorite and it is probably because I have shorter legs and the chair I used was a bit wider than yours. I was unable to get my front foot flat on the floor and the edges of the chair were digging into my legs. I chaulk it up to my short legs and the chair being a little too wide and/or tall. I still enjoyed spending the time and I'll continue my practice with you everyday. Keep making great videos. Much love!

  6. doing chair yoga with seniors tomorrow and this was so helpful. I'm a big type A yogi …this is so good to help slow me down and be present to teach seniors, thank you:-)

  18. Having just hurt my knee in a bad fall, I was really bummed being told to put the yoga challenge on hold until I recover by my doctor. I was telling hubby how sad I was about it and he said to me, 'I bet Adriene has a video or that.' And you do!!! This will also help with my son with autism who gained a lot of weight in the past two years. Works perfectly with his school fitness plan. You are awesome, Adriene.

  19. Honeybeez says:

I love adriene! I am a beginner and following fatigue and injury and fractured and bereavement my body is very tight so love finding different videos that are gentle. I chose this one today as I was up early for a study day at work, which was a chime of hours, but I find physically and mentally exhausting. I did this in the privacy of my husband's office, which had a chair and a bit of space. I feel better ☺️

  22. Carter B says:

I'm 27 with a spinal fracture & I cried through this whole workout. Tried to do some of these moves and grief ensued! I used to be a dancer, I did Pilates and Zumba daily, now I'm crying in a chair lol. BUT it's ok. I know I'm going to be ok. Even if my new reality is shocking to me…..shock is temporary. Chair yoga is a wonderful alternative. Even though I cried this time, I won't next time! Thanks for making these videos for those of us who are reluctantly facing a new reality. 💕 Here's to reducing my reluctance… steps.
