    Man stationery bike with high resistance helps build muscle and burn fat… I do hiit on stationery bike and rowing machine both with high resistance I get a pump from both after exercise

    Brix, love you man! You're a great inspiration to me. My video request is that you make a video on muscle gain=fat lost. I'm been at this lifestyle change for 9 months now. I've lost several inches and I continue to gain muscle. The only problem is….I have a goal weight of 200. I've LITERALLY been 220 since 9 months ago. Literally. Not joking. At what point does someone in my situation start to see the numbers change since I've been doing it for this long? Thanks! You rock!

  27. I'm not sure if you've answered this before but is it better to cut body fat and then bulk or just start bulking once you've gotten to a weight you like. I've hit a plateau at 215 and 20% bf. |
