2️⃣ 10 Knee Mini Squats ( Glute Activation )
3️⃣ 10 Weighted in-n -out Leg Extensions ( keep weight near by for quick transfer like I show)
4️⃣ 10 Smith Machine Hanging Knee raises 😛5️⃣ 10 One leg Jumps
6️⃣ 10 Pulse Deadlifts
Repeat circuit 3-4 times
