  2. Wow! After a rough and physical day of work, I love coming home to do my "yoga workout " with you. The "reset and restore " stretch really helps. I wonder if you can address something for the knees, if there is something.

  5. Wow that was an amazing flow. Very hard..i knew shoulders were my weak point and that def proved me right!! I would love to be able to hold a handstand so i will keep practicing strengthening my shoulders! You are great..i am new to yoga and ur channel has been wonderful! Thanks for all the great content.     Brutal. Shows me how much shoulder strengthening I need to improve. Adee, can you see if there are any mobility stretches or strengthening for the infraspinatus rotator specifically or does your shoulder mobility session cove this?? It seemed like it did, just checking

  14. Damn that was straight outta hell!! The burn was real, I think I am not gonna be able to do anything tomorrow hahaha 😀 But thanks, it was really nice and I can see how it will help me in the long run! I'll keep doing it every other day so I can get stronger faster!! ^_^
