Hello Lovies!
A few ladies had requested a skin care routine so, I wanted to share what I do in the morning before I apply my make-up!
Also, keep an eye out for my upcoming 12-week fitness challenge! It will have different workouts that are progressively intensified and not just the same exact cookie cutter exercises, 12 weeks guided cardio examples for fat loss, macro info, DETAILED food list (not basic Google type stuff), supplement info and so much more.

Face Scrub:

A1. Dumbbell Thrusters: 4×10
A2. KB/DB Swings: 4×10

Stiff Leg DL to Hammer Curl: 4×10:10

B1. Wide Front Raise: 4×12
B2. Front Squats: 4×12

C1. Banded Lunge (left leg) to Shoulder Abduction: 4×10
C2. Banded Lunge (right leg) to Arnold Press: 4×10

D1. Squat Hold Mario Carts: 4×10 each side
D2. Squat Hold Front Raise: 4×10

** I kept my rest periods low 25-30 seconds max.
