  13. Hi Troy, I was always under the impression that doing a fast paced hi energy workout like this would use your muscle for energy not fat, hence would not help you to loose fat and get shredded.. I could be completely wrong, but i'm getting mixed messages from other youtubers and Garmin and Fitbit!!
