I've looked for a long time for videos like urs , never did find until now. ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ˜†Ur videos are TOP NOTCH, and ur body is so amazing and inspiring, and I even love when u speak.. Which is very rare in my opinion. I usually don't care for the voices and delivery but urs is delightful, esp with the dope accent:) ( sounds sort of Australian ..? Correct me if I'm wrong ๐Ÿ˜‰ Anyways love u r the answers to my wishes… Take care ( I know u do, so important! I wish I had the discipline like that to eat right and everything, even after having rectal cancer treatments and surgery I still find myself eating/ drinking the wrong things like sodas and processed foods)

I can walk again and dance again but my auntie arms and and thighs are in need of toning after not having had enough exercise before the operations: I would also like to lose 2 stones.     You keep saying that you don't use weights because you don't want to bulk up, but other fitness experts (including women) say that that's near impossible. One of my other favorite fitness channels is Fitness Blender here on YT and Kelly is very fit and feminine/curvy and she uses weights a lot. I personally love to use weights also, but was wondering why you say that about weights, when so many other things contradict it.
