Here is my 4/5mins abs workout on the rowing machine. It’s quick and very effective. The aim of this workout is to target the whole abdominal muscles with its individual movements. Each exercise is 3Sets of 10reps.
Exercise 1 – Works on the upper abs.
Exercise 2 – Works on the lower abs (Pikes).
Exercise 3 – Works on the oblique (side abs).
