  12. #7 is half wheel pose(Ardha-Chakrasana), i.e. not actually bridge pose. If anyone 1st time tried #7 pose she/he must try it from soldier position of sleep

  26. If you have scoliosis, no hyper back bending exercises PERIOD. You will cause so much back pain. Please check with a Chiropractor first to see if you have scoliosis. I didn't know i had it and couldn't figure out why I was having severe back pain during yoga. If you practice yoga with an instructor let them know you are going to modify during intense back bending poses.
