  6. Hey Abby, can I ask for some advice? I've been working out a lot recently to lose weight overall and I've been noticing my right knee will start getting uncomfortable for a while and surprise, surprise, my muscles are getting uneven from not working both legs as much. My right thigh has a pronounced dip towards the top but I'm not sure if it's a "hip dip" or not. What kind of targeted exercises could I do to even this out?

  22. Exercises start at 5:25 , exercises are done with things like weights and gym machines and if you aren't really planning to workout on a gym (or use weights), you could try doing some of the following exercises:

    1.Side leg raises
    2.hip raises
    3.squat kicks
    (Yoga can also be an option)
