  3. Hi coach Kozak!… I'm following your hiit workout 2 days a week and kickboxing for alternate days and it is really effective! I just want to know whether barefoot hiit is fine! I prefer to do this work barefoot on ceramic tiles as it is more comfortable and better grip.
