Hii Leslie love your walk at home program I started last week I feel Soo good but what I don't understand is why I've put on 1 and half pounds😱 I'm currently on the slimming world plan and I've lost 2 stone's thankfully but just was finding difficult to understand why the gain because my body feels Soo good and stronger than before.
