    Currently at the total beginning of working out again (both mental and physical health issues don't give you the easiest time on that) and I'm really thankful for those videos. I automatically have way more motivation when I feel like I'm not totally alone and someone is talking to me while working out, which sounds hella awkward but I tend to cheat on myself when I have no "guide".
    My problem area are my hips and thighs so I would be very grateful if you'd consider a video on that 🙏
