Build flexibility through your shoulders and chest with this mini yoga class focused on binds. If you don’t have a strap at home, feel free to use a belt, scarf or towel. When attempting to bind, be sure to keep the base pose as much the same as you can – avoid dumping into your chest, drawing your shoulders too close to your ears, or shortening through your side body.
